I have received education and licenses in North Carolina, California and Georgia. As a Master cosmetologist and celebrity stylist, I have extensive experience with ammonia free color, trends, techniques, haircutting skills, keratins and healing conditioning treatments. I have worked in a salon, on set for model photoshoots and runway as well as television and movie sets working on hair for the hired talent. My specialties also include haircut and hair color correction, damaged hair repair therapy, thinning hair architect, haircut and hair color make-overs and working with wavy to extreme curly hair textures of all ethnicities.

INOA is not only cleaner for the environment but can improve the health of your hair over time, provides six weeks of intense hydration and nutrition, dimensional natural tones and shine from root to tip.  Unlike traditional permanent hair color containing ammonia, the "Oil Delivery System" technology of ammonia-free color uses the power of oil to maximize the effectiveness of the hair coloring process. The "Oil Delivery System" technology envelopes the hair fiber in a film of oil, propelling the colorant and pushing it deeper in the hair fiber for unlimited color results while protecting your hair's essential amino acids and lipid balance for supreme respect for your hair. 

Keeping with my mission to use "clean" products that are designed to perform while promoting the health of your hair, I use keratin treatments to enhance natural wave or curl texture to smoothing hair straight.  Keratin treatments used are void of any harmful chemicals or additives and made from protein, amino acids, botanicals and natural oil products.  All treatments are designed to block humidity, eliminate frizz, repair damaged hair, minimize breakage, strengthen hair, promote growth, enhance manageability, improve over all health of hair, add shine and make color more vibrant. These services are not permanent and eventually fade out of your hair over time, reverting the hair back to its natural healthy state. This product is safe and designed to overlap on previous keratin treatments which further promote the health of your hair and duration of the treatment. Please note that color services are to be scheduled according to the specific type of keratin smoothing service you receive. Each keratin smoothing service has a different neutralizing processes and color procedure timeline to follow each service.

Entrepreneur. Hunter Lane Treadwell has two decades of experience and training in various hair styling, haircut, hair coloring, hair repair therapy, chemical texturizing and smoothing techniques. Hunter completed his master cosmetologist license in NC. After completing CA State Boards to be licensed in a new state, Hunter had four years of extended education at Festoon Salon & Academy, the nation’s top-ranking salon at that time, located in Berkeley & San Francisco, CA. After five years of extensive training, Hunter continued to work for the following nine years at Festoon Salon as a haircut and hair color educator and lead stylist until venturing off to work on his own. After eight years of working as a sole proprietor in San Francisco, CA, COVID-19 closed hair salons in California for nearly a year. Hunter effortlessly transitioned his visionary talent and technical skills infused with honest, personable and individual customer service to handcraft his passion for optimal quality of hair care in Atlanta, GA.

While working in San Francisco, CA, Hunter was a celebrity stylist, working on set, as well as a haircut and hair color specialist for a well-known, full-body wardrobe and makeover stylist, Beth Alyse Snyder, from Gorilla Stylist Makeover. Hunter also worked with Look Talent and Modeling Agency as their sole haircut and color stylist. Hunter created haircut and color trends based off his collaboration with the lead talent scout. Hunter’s creations can be seen on models used for international fashion ad campaigns and fashion editorial stories. Look Talent and Modeling Agency worked with premier and famous textile brands leading in the fashion industry and printed in all the iconic fashion magazines of our time.

If there is a specific day and time that is most convenient for your lifestyle, please feel free to pre-book all your future services to ensure the finest quality, attention to detail and care of your personal style. Please note that by using ammonia free premium products, processing times are longer so please plan accordingly. Due to the “oil delivery system” technology and ingredients, other services can’t be combined with the INOA ammonia free permanent color; such as, lightening services.

The standard business cancellation policies listed below are for your review and understanding. Final decisions regarding these policies and pricing are up to the discretion of salon management. I understand some situations can’t be helped and each situation is different so please call the salon directly if you find yourself in a challenging situation. I hope you understand the need for these policies as well as respect the growth and survival of my business. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.

CancelLation, Tardy & no show Policy

When you book an appointment with me, you have agreed to the standard business policy terms and conditions listed furhter. Email and text message notifications are a courtesy. It is the client’s responsibility and obligation to record their hair services to coordinate with personal and work schedules. Please plan accordingly. If you made plans that conflict with your scheduled appointments, you will be expected to pay 100% of the booked services if you choose to leave your appointment early and unfinished. Each client receives an email notification and a text message reminder prior to your scheduled services. Please give the standard of 48 hours notice prior to canceling or rescheduling your services. The email check-in notifications is your opportunity to reschedule and cancel without being charged a 100% cancellation fee. Most clients receive more than one service. Two services are a minimum of three hours. Three services are a minimum of 5 hours depending on the client.. If a 48 hours notice is not given prior to your scheduled appointment, or if you are a no-show, a 100% of your service fees will be expected to be paid the same day. Arriving more than 20 minutes past your scheduled service is considered tardy and may have to be rescheduled along with 100% of service fees.. It is unfair to your stylist, and to the other clients booked following your appointments, for your tardiness to create a negative impact on the stylist’s business or another client’s time. If a client can rebook the same day for the same amount of time and services, instead of canceling, the policy has not been breached. If a client is more than 20 minutes late and there is no conflict with other appointments, I’m happy to take you and no policy has been breached.

HAIR SERVICE RE-DO Policy

If you feel that the service performed did not meet your expectations, based from the consultation and expectations agreed upon by both parties, you have the business standard of 14 days to contact the stylist to schedule a re-do to make adjustments. The adjustments made are to reflect the plan originally agreed upon, not for any additions or big changes. Changing your mind is not a re-do situation. Additional charges will apply for any additions or big changes to the original plan as agreed upon.
